Thank you for downloading this Freeware.  The only thing we ask is that you

 This is not an actual application.  It is simply a set of 15 picture
clippings that you can use as desktop patterns on Wintel Computers.  We
created them because we think that most desktop patterns are creatively
uninspiring and we love to play with Adobe Photoshop. and Kai's Power Tools..
 To install these patterns, open the Display Control Panel (Start menu ->
Settings -> Control Panel -> Display).  Within the wallpaper pane, click the
BROWSE button and locate the "EyePoppers" bitmap files.  Click APPLY.  Be
sure to make sure that the wallpaper type is set to TILE, not CENTER.  This
setting can be changed with the radio buttons directly below the wallpaper
